Tatiana Apahidean

Tatiana Apahidean (1939-2012) graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts "Nicolae Grigorescu." She was director of animated films, book illustrator, stage designer and has had numerous solo exhibitions as an artist.

A heartbreaking interview with the artist and an insight in her private and professional life was realized by TVR cultural. What a great lovely lady.

Ion ( Dem ) Demetrescu (1903-1977)

His pictorial studies are pursued at Academia Libera starting with 1927 under the guidance of Professor Arthur Verona.  Though present constantly at the Official Salon exhibitions, at least between 1924 and 1933, Demetrescu will truly impose himself as an illustrator, being  recognized after the war for the values he ​​created in the graphic domain.
