Romeo Voinescu
Romeo Voinescu was born on April 28, 1925 in Braila, Romania. He is a graduate of the Department of Monumental Painting of the Institute of Fine Arts "Nicolae Grigorescu" and took specialization courses at the Academy of Fine Arts "Peter Vannuci" in Perugia (1963), and the Academy of Fine Arts in Athens (1972). He has also worked with graphic press, monumental painting and easel painting.
